About Me

Hello! My name is Ashton, and I am a junior majoring in Cybersecurity. I grew up with a family that loved watching crime shows like Forensic Files. Naturally, I developed an interest in law enforcement and focused my attention on information security. In college, I found topics like cyber forensics and malware analysis particularly fun to study. Investigating the story left by data is incredibly intriguing to me and I aspire to land a career in threat research. In addition to my bachelors, I intend on pursuing a masters degree in Cybersecurity to advance my knowledge in the field. Outside of computers, I am involved in the sport of fencing, which is something I have stuck with for over 10 years. With any free time, I enjoy attending vintage car shows and nerding out over American muscle cars with my father.
